JJJJound accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all collaboration releases and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Access our returns portal using your order number and associated email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include all original tags, dust bags, and documentation.
Affix Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the exterior of your package.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
